Terms of Service

v1.0 · Last updated: 30 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the MonMyIP platform (monmyip.io) — security analysis, reconnaissance and reporting services (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Provider

MonMyIP, a business registered with CEIDG (Poland), NIP 9592064173, REGON 525970500, contact: [email protected].

2. Account and eligibility

To use authenticated features you create an account and are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. The Service may be used only by adults with the capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Authorization warranty (key)

When you request any scan, reconnaissance or test against an asset (domain, IP address, application), you represent and warrant that you own that asset or hold an explicit, valid authorization from its owner. Active/intrusive activity requires a separate written authorization (see the Acceptable Use Policy and the Audit Terms). The platform enforces a technical authorization gate that blocks operations without a valid authorization.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed per the pricing on the site. Payments are handled by country-specific processors (Przelewy24 in Poland, YooKassa in Russia, Stripe elsewhere). Prices may include taxes as required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Using the Service against assets you are not authorized for, or for any unlawful purpose, is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

The platform and its software are the property of the Provider. Reports generated for your assets may be used for your own purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty that all vulnerabilities will be detected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, in particular from using the Service against assets without a valid authorization or for any unlawful purpose.

9. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the courts competent for the Provider's seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version with its number and date is available on this page.
