This Policy sets the rules for acceptable use of the MonMyIP platform and forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Authorized testing only
You may use scanning, reconnaissance and testing features only against assets you own or for which you hold an explicit, valid authorization from the owner.
2. Prohibited activity
- directing operations against assets without authorization;
- using the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
- disruptive activity (DoS/DDoS), attempts to bypass the authorization gate;
- reselling or sharing the Service with third parties without consent;
- infringing the rights or privacy of third parties.
3. Consequences of breach
A breach of this Policy may result in suspension or closure of the account and, where necessary, reporting to the competent authorities.
